Neveen is a resident of Ellicott City, Maryland where she lives with her three boys. Neveen graduated from High Point High School before heading to University of Maryland College Park where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics as well as Criminology and Criminal Justice. She then earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Neveen is an attorney who owns a small business in Howard County. With 15 years of experience as a family and estate planning attorney, Neveen assists clients with important issues affecting their lives and the lives of their children. She prides herself on being an advocate for people in their most difficult times. Prior to owning her own firm, Neveen worked as a prosecutor and she is passionate and dedicated to ensuring that her community is safe.
Throughout her career, Neveen has served on the Howard County Board of Appeals, the Howard County Commission for Women, the State of Maryland's Two Generation Family Economic Security Commission, and is an ex-officio member of Blossoms of Hope.
Encouraging and empowering young women to see their full potential is what Neveen strives to do. While serving as Chair of the Howard County Commission for Women, she piloted the program “Discovering Your Path to Success” to enable high school students the opportunity to ask successful women career and personal questions. Neveen volunteered as a panel speaker for Girl Up, a global leadership development initiative by the United Nations Foundation dedicated to positioning girls to be leaders in the movement for gender equality. As a part of Leadership Howard County, she helped design a successful application process for a home-sharing program for people with disabilities. Neveen has also volunteered at WorldFest at Centennial High School in Ellicott City where she presented about "Women In The Law."
Neveen was selected as a Super Lawyer and she has been named as one of Maryland’s Leading Women and a Very Important Professional by The Daily Record. Additionally, Neveen has been awarded the AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell® which ranks her at the highest level of professional excellence for her legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards. Neveen is also a proud alum of Leadership Howard County Class of 2018.
In her spare time, Neveen enjoys traveling, volunteering at the local schools, and spending time with her three boys.
